زيارة مفاجئة لمدينة العريش لمدة يوم واحد أكتشف معها أن المدينة الرائعة تكاد تقترب من أن تكون «ثكنة عسكرية»، قلق عام يسير فى شوارع مدينة هادئة يبدو أنها اعتادت سماع أصوات طلقات الرصاص، وشعور بالأمن يتلاشى مع تهديدات وهجمات الملثمين القادمين من جبل «حلال» تحت شعار إعلان الإمارة الإسلامية وطرد قوات الجيش والشرطة أو إبادتهم إن أمكن.
اختفاء الدولة أو محاولة طمس معالم الدولة المصرية وسيادتها وهيبتها يتجلى فى شوارع العريش ومدن شمال سيناء عمومًا، وهل يمكن أن تكون للدولة هيبة فى مدينة يختفى فيها فندق ضباط الشرطة خلف تلال من المدرعات والدشم قلقًا من الهجمات التى لا تستهدف أحدًا حاليّا سوى رجال وزارة الداخلية؟
الإجابة تبدو قاسية بعض الشىء، ولكن الأكثر منها قسوة هو ما كشفته الصدفة محل حديثنا السابق، والتى تجلت فى ظهور ضابط شرطة صديق تم انتدابه هو والعشرات من زملائه فى مديريات الأمن المختلفة إلى العريش من أجل مواجهة التهديدات المتصاعدة، ومحاولة ضبط الإيقاع الأمنى فى المدينة التى ينتشر فيها السلاح، وتلعب فى نواحيها كل الأيادى الممكنة، سواء كانت عصابات تهريب، أو جماعات متطرفة، أو ذيولاً مخابراتية، أو مطاريد وتجار مخدرات وجدوا الفرصة سانحة للانتقام من الدولة، وتحديدًا من وزارة الداخلية التى تقف حائلاً بينهم وبين ممارسة أنشطتهم الإجرامية.
نعيش أجواء حرب.. هكذا قال، وهكذا أدركت الأمر تمامًا حينما شاهدت أتوبيس الضباط وهو فى طريقه للعودة ومن أمامه وخلفه مدرعة عسكرية لا تمنع أبدًا إطلاق النار على الأتوبيس، مثلها مثل المدرعات التى تمنع العصابات من إطلاق النار على أماكن إقامة الضباط والأكمنة أو تستهدفهم بشكل فردى.
«أنا اتضرب علىَّ نار 3 مرات فى يوم واحد».. استطرد صديقى الضابط فى كلامه وهو مبتسم، وأكمل الحديث عن المأمورية وجبل الحلال، وعصابات التهريب والمخدرات التى لا تريد شيئًا سوى أرواحهم، وبابتسامة عجزت عن إزالة القلق من على ملامحه تحدث عن التعزيزات الأمنية القادمة والتى شاهدتها بعينى على شكل مدرعات أمن مركزى فى طريق العودة إلى القاهرة.
لم يكن صديقى أو زملاؤه يبالغون وهم يتحدثون عن أرواحهم التى تنتظر الصعود إلى السماء فى أى وقت، ولم تظهر على أصواتهم أى نبرة ندم أو ألم أو خوف من الطريق الذى اختاروه، ولم تبدُ فى عيونهم أى نظرة شك فى قداسة وجلال ما يصنعون، لم أشعر للحظة بأن أحدًا منهم يحارب كل هذه العصابات التى تهدد أمن وسلامة هذا الوطن وهو مغصوب أو مجبر على أداء الواجب.
كل السابق من الكلام لا هدف من وراء ذكره، ولا يدخل أبدًا تحت بند استدرار التعاطف مع الداخلية ورجالها، ولكنه تأكيد على أن هذه الوزارة التى يراها البعض شرّا كاملاً بها الكثير من الأشراف، وبها الكثير من الأبطال، وتأكيد على أن النغمة الدائرة حول ضباط الشرطة الذين لا يعملون، أحيانًا أو كثيرًا ما تكون نغمة نشاز وسط سيمفونية من البطولة واحترام الواجب.
